Loved the atmosphere at Casale Panayiotis! The village setting is beautiful, and the hotel integrates perfectly with the landscape. Enjoyed the comfy Superior Studio with stunning views, especially from the terrace. The spa facilities felt luxurious, especially the unique snow room. Staff were very friendly, made me feel welcomed. However, I faced some inconveniences. Only one magnetic key for the room made it tricky when charging devices. After I left, everything would turn off, which was frustrating. Also, the breakfast service could be quicker. Sometimes felt a little neglected. Dining options were good but somewhat pricey. Overall, the experience was enjoyable with a few hiccups that need addressing.

We had an amazing trip with friends. We loved the stunning views and had great meals at both the local grill and the Italian restaurant. The facilities were top-notch, especially the spa, which felt luxurious and offered fantastic treatments. Definitely plan for high dining prices but overall, it was a memorable experience.
We were really disappointed with the service during breakfast. The staff was inattentive and unfriendly, making the dining experience less enjoyable. We expected more, especially from a place with such great potential.

The staff promptly assisted with technical requirements for my presentations and were very responsive to my needs. The surrounding mountain village provided a tranquil environment, which was perfect for unwinding after work and facilitated networking opportunities with fellow guests.
